- Early Access Requests: Email address submitted to request an early-tester invitation
- Content: Tasks, categories, and shared household settings you create
- Audio and Images: Audio recordings and images submitted for AI task extraction.Processed temporarily and NOT stored after extraction.
B. Automatically Collected Information
- Log & Usage Data: Timestamps, app version, and usage info to improve the Service.
- We do not collect precise location data or use tracking for advertising.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service
- To sync your data across devices
- To enable sharing within your designated Household
- To process voice and image inputs for task creation using AI
- To review early-tester requests and send invitation or early-access communications
3. Household Sharing
Household sharing allows you to collaborate with others you explicitly invite within the app.
- You control who joins your Household
- Shared content is visible only to members you approve
- You may remove members at any time through app settings
4. Data Processing & Third Parties
Securely store user data with Row Level Security (RLS) protection. Guaranteed data isolation.
Process voice/image inputs transiently. Data is NOT used to train AI models.
Stores early-tester contact emails and supports invitation communications. You can unsubscribe from emails or request deletion at any time.
5Data Retention
Account/task data is retained while active. AI inputs are deleted immediately. Early-access contact data is retained only while needed for the program or until you request deletion.
6Your Rights
Access, modify, or delete your personal data and account directly within the app at any time. For an early-access email submitted without an account, contact hi@getthis.day.
